• Contact form: your name, email address, subject, and message.
• Community newsletter: your email address and the timestamp of your consent.
• Technical data: IP address and request timestamps used solely for abuse prevention on our forms.

• To respond to enquiries you send us through the contact form.
• To send you the AS Community newsletter after you confirm your email.
• To notify you about films, screenings, casting calls and studio news you have subscribed to.
• To meet our legal obligations and protect the service against abuse.

We process your data on the basis of your consent (newsletter) or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries directed to us (contact form).

Contact form submissions are kept for up to 24 months in case we need to refer back to prior correspondence. Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Abuse-prevention logs are kept for 30 days.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers required to run the site (email delivery, hosting, database), all of whom act as our processors under written agreements.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. We use only essential cookies required to run the site plus a small consent-preference cookie so we don't ask you twice. Non-essential cookies are only set if you accept them in the banner shown on first visit.
